We make every effort to display the colors, grain patterns, and finishes of our handcrafted wooden pens, boxes, and accessories as accurately as possible.

  • Natural Timber Disclaimer: Because each product is individually turned from natural timber, natural variations in grain structure, figure, color intensity, knots, and slight surface characteristics are inherent features of custom woodwork. These natural variations do not constitute product defects.

  • Display Differences: Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device screen, settings, and lighting.

  • Product Changes: We reserve the right to alter product descriptions, modify specifications, or discontinue items at any time without notice. We may limit sale quantities on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Sam's Handcrafted Pens reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its sole discretion.

  • Acceptance: Your order is not accepted until payment is processed and order confirmation is issued.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled penalty-free within 15 minutes of purchase. Because custom orders and personalized laser engravings enter production rapidly, cancellation requests submitted after 15 minutes are handled at our discretion and may incur a restocking or raw material fee.

  • Refunds & Returns: Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  • Personal Use: Purchases are strictly for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or unauthorized distribution.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be detailed in your confirmation email. Posted prices do not include shipping fees, local taxes, or import duties unless explicitly stated.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details for all orders. You warrant that:

  3. Charges incurred will be honored by your financial institution.

Sam's Handcrafted Pens is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs processing, or severe weather events. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is handed over to the courier (e.g., Australia Post).
