1. When You Can Return an Item

 

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described: If an item is faulty, significantly different from its description, or doesn't do what it's supposed to, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the ACL. We'll cover return shipping for these issues. Please notify us promptly.

  • Change of Mind: We may offer "change of mind" returns at our discretion. Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase. You'll cover return shipping. Some items may be excluded (e.g., for hygiene reasons – clearly marked on product pages).


 

2. How to Initiate a Return

 

Email us at [Your Customer Service Email Address] or call [Your Phone Number] with your name, order number, item(s) to return, and reason. For faulty items, please include photos. We'll provide instructions for return shipping.


 

3. How Refunds Are Issued

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. For faulty items, your refund will include original shipping costs. For change of mind returns, original shipping costs are not refunded.


 

4. Exchanges

 

We can arrange exchanges for faulty items (at no extra cost) or, for change of mind returns, for items of equal value (you cover any price difference and new shipping costs).
