• Handmade Nature: Every item sold through Sam's Handcrafted Pens is individually turned and finished by hand from natural timber, resins, or custom blanks. Due to the natural variations in wood grain, figure, color, and the artisanal process, no two items are identical. Small variations in color, texture, knots, and finish are unique characteristics of handmade goods and do not constitute product defects.

• Intellectual Property: All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, product designs, video content, branding, and images—is the intellectual property of Samuel Stegemann and Sam's Handcrafted Pens. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content or designs without express written permission.

2. Ordering, Pricing, & Production Batches

• Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. As items are crafted in limited production batches, availability may fluctuate, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

• Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

• Contract of Sale: Order placement constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, due to raw material limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity). 3. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

Because these are bespoke, handmade items, natural timber grain variations, minor character marks inherent to raw wood, or normal artisanal crafting characteristics do not constitute a failure under statutory consumer guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sam's Handcrafted Pens, its owner, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, our products or website.

All delivery timelines provided are estimates. While tracking details are provided via Australia Post upon dispatch, Sam's Handcrafted Pens is not liable for standard carrier transit delays or external postal network disruptions once packages leave our workshop.
