1. Order Types & Processing Times
We offer two types of orders for our electric micro-mobility products: Pre-Orders and Buy Now orders.

Pre-Orders:

Pre-ordered electric micro-mobility products (e.g., e-bikes, e-scooters, e-skateboards) are not held in immediate stock. These items are either manufactured to order or sourced specifically after your purchase.

Due to the time required for manufacturing/sourcing from our international partners and the custom modifications we perform here in Australia (including the drill battery integration and essential safety checks specific to your chosen product), pre-orders can take approximately 4 to 7 weeks to arrive at your door from the date of your order.

Please note that this is an estimated timeframe. While we strive to meet these estimates, unforeseen delays in manufacturing, international shipping, customs clearance, or component availability can occasionally occur. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

You will receive updates as your pre-order progresses through the various stages, including when it arrives in Australia and when it is ready for final dispatch after our modifications and quality assurance.

Buy Now Orders:

"Buy Now" items are products that are currently in stock and ready for immediate modification and dispatch.

Once your "Buy Now" order is placed and payment is confirmed, we aim to process and prepare your electric micro-mobility product for shipment within 3-5 business days. This allows us time to complete the necessary modifications and final quality checks before dispatch.

2. Shipping within Australia

We ship all our electric micro-mobility products Australia-wide using trusted courier services.

Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your specific location.

Metropolitan Areas (Major Cities): Typically 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Regional & Remote Areas: May take longer, generally 7-14 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these are estimates provided by our shipping partners and do not include our processing/modification times mentioned above.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and your delivery address for your specific electric micro-mobility product.

For security, a signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.

Due to their size and weight, our electric micro-mobility products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and arrange for a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please retain all packaging and product contents if the item is damaged, as this may be required for a claim.

Our shipping policy operates in conjunction with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer guarantees provided by the ACL.
