Shipping Policy

Hi there! Thank you so much for supporting my craft. Every single pen is turned, finished, and packed right here in my workshop, and I want to make sure your new piece arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Because this is a hands-on, independent process, please take a moment to read through how handling and delivery work.

1. Processing & Handling Times

I am dedicated to getting your order out the door as soon as humanly possible.

  • Crafting & Batches: Most orders are packed and dispatched same day. However, because I take pride in the quality of every single item, there can sometimes be a minor delay of 2 to 3 business days if I am in the middle of turning a fresh batch of pens to fill your order.

  • Rest assured, I am always working hard to get your pens on their way to you without unnecessary delay.

2. Eco-Friendly Packaging (Good for the Planet!)

Taking care of the environment matters to me. That’s why your pens are shipped in heavy-duty padded mailers made from 70% recycled plastic. By choosing these mailers, we are giving plastic a second life, reducing waste, and keeping our carbon footprint down. It’s tough, weather-resistant protection for your pens that’s genuinely good for the planet.

3. Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using standard postal services. Once your package leaves the workshop, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metropolitan Areas: 3 to 7 business days.

  • Regional & Remote Areas: 7 to 14 business days.

Note: Please keep in mind that I do not issue tracking numbers for orders. If your package takes a bit longer than the estimated windows above, just give it a couple of extra days to account for standard postal delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

I want you to absolutely love your new pen. In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to me directly so I can fix it for you:

If your package does arrive damaged, please hold onto the mailer and the pen so we can figure out what went wrong.

6. Australian Consumer Law

This policy works right alongside your automatic rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). My goal is always to deliver handmade goods that are of exceptional quality, fit for purpose, and exactly as described. If something isn't right, I will always work to make it right.
